Terms of use

These terms apply when you use GAMSAT Tracker, which is run by Seymour Tutors (ABN 41 681 144 518). By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

The service

GAMSAT Tracker is a free tool to help you plan and track your GAMSAT preparation. It is in beta: features will change, and things may occasionally break. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll give reasonable notice before closing the service.

GAMSAT® is a registered trademark of ACER. GAMSAT Tracker and Seymour Tutors are not affiliated with or endorsed by ACER. For official information about the test, go to ACER.

No guarantee of results

Study plans, statistics and suggestions are general guidance based on the information you enter. They aren't a guarantee of any GAMSAT score or university offer, and you remain responsible for your own preparation.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• One person per account.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Fair use

Please don't:

• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• interfere with, overload or try to break the service;
• use automated tools to scrape or copy the service;
• upload copyrighted material you don't have the right to share, such as test questions.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable, we'll contact you first.

Your content

The study information you enter is yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service, and to use it in anonymous, combined statistics as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, the service is provided free and “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect loss, or for loss of data or study time, arising from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date at the top and tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
